As an actor and visionary I pride myself on my ability to see outside of the box; I find that in working against the grain you allow yourself to explore innovation, discover fresh approaches, and ultimately tame the bohemian. It’s this idea of moulding new concepts to be absorbed by audiences that really gets me stimulated. The Boswells College where I luckily studied my A levels, was hugely supportive in my journey of exploration not only as a performer but also as deviser. In providing me with a blank canvas, experimental work of trial and error reinforced my confidence as an artist, and helped focus my particular stylisation. In establishing my footing, I feel my pieces have benefited from a clear direction and a personalised stamp.
During my time as an actor I have been fortunate enough to be cast as a real diverse mixture of characters. I have moved through musical pieces such as Fagin in Oliver, the Beast in beauty and the beast, to classical pieces such as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, and Alan Strang in Equus.  I’m very grateful of the variety in works and characters that I have been allowed to portray, and also the faith that so many have showed in me.

My passion and commitment to my work is testimony to everyone who not only supported me but also believed in me. I’m hugely indebted to Andrea Thorne who initially spurred my adoration of the theatre, her zest and enthusiasm is truly infectious. I’m also privileged enough to have worked with so many spirited and encouraging people, and this has continued into my studies at LIPA. I look forward to the coming years working with such talented and refreshing staff, their training hands, I believe, will help sculpt me as both a prospering artist and an individual. I still have so much to explore……………………...
